Planning, communicating, and executing go-to-market strategies for the company's Enterprise Suite of Applications in the Governance, Risk, Compliance (Operational and financial) and the ComplianceOnline.com portal. |

Exceptional collaborative, teaming and consensus building abilities, as well as proficiency in cross-discipline, cross-division and cross-product group cooperation. |
 |
Hands-on experience with Enterprise Applications AND/OR deep expertise in one or multiple areas of Governance, Risk, Compliance e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley, Risk Management, Operational Compliance and Quality, FDA compliance etc). |
 |
Collaboration with Product Management on major aspects of Product Strategy such as roadmap prioritization as well as researching and defining new products |

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Management. MBA preferred, but not required. |

Previous eCommerce, retail, or catalog experience, with 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred. |

3-6 years prior visual display or merchandising experience with basic understanding of test strategies and Web analytics preferred. |
 |
To develop and the optimization of specific Web merchandising plans to establish, enhance, or distinguish product placement within the competitive E-Commerce channel |
