Job Description

You will work as a part of the development organization, designing and developing Metric Stream's Enterprise Compliance Platform. You will work with the development team on platform's server side components, adding new features and enhancing existing features. You will report to the Development Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop server side components using Java .
• Write design documents for components.
• Participate in code reviews and design reviews.
• Develop applications using Java, J2EE, Ajax , PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle RDBMS, Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, and IBM WebSphere .
• Work closely with QA, Product Management and support staff members as needed.

Job Requirements

• 6+ years developing software systems.
• Experience with Java, J2EE, Ajax , PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle RDBMS and HTML.
• Strong understanding of n-tier web architecture. Strong understanding of Web Server Security.
• Experience with J2EE application servers such as Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, IBM WebSphere and Oracle Application Server.
• Strong object oriented analysis and design skills.
• Experience in enterprise application integration.
• Bachelor's degree in computing or computer/engineering related discipline.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
