Technical Lead - Customer Oriented R&D


Preferred Skills:

  • Have an outstanding attitude and a desire to ensure customer success
  • Strong analysis and trouble shooting and consultative skills.
  • Experience in enterprise application integration.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Exposure to application development in JAVA/J2EE
  • Knowledge and/or exposure to Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and technologies
  • Knowledge of dependent services such as Directory services, certificate management  services

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong understanding of n-tier web architecture.
  • Strong understanding of Web Server & Application server Security.
  • Experience with J2EE application servers such as Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere and Oracle Application Server.
  • Experience implementing and troubleshooting Application server Clusters with session replication
  • Debugging skills in Windows & Linux on Web servers, Application Servers and Databases
  • Demonstrated capability to work with little management oversight, must have strong personal initiative
  • Experienced in facilitating work across teams (e.g. Product development, QA, IT) in order to deliver
  • Possesses the ability to work with diverse, integrated, deliverable-driven teams to accomplish the larger mission

  • Excellent Communication skills (written & verbal) are mandatory

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Work as part of a technical team providing infrastructure design and installation services for deploying MetricStream’s solutions
  • Perform diagnostic analysis and tune the environment (at the Application Server layer, the Web Server layer and Database layer)
  • Analyze runtime logs and dumps (Java heap and/or thread dumps, GC logs etc.) as part of tuning and problem determination
  • Participate in a team environment, supporting other members, sharing knowledge and contribute to a positive outcome to the team’s performance
  • Work closely with QA, Product Management and support staff members as needed.

Education & Experience:
BS or BE or B Tech or MCA
Experience: 7Yrs-9Yrs
