Gunjan Sinha - Chairman
As the Chairman, Gunjan Sinha is responsible for leading the strategy and execution at MetricStream. Over his career, Gunjan has spent over 20 years in various entrepreneurial, board and executive positions building innovative businesses. As an internet pioneer, he was the co-founder and President of WhoWhere? Inc., a leading Internet directory services company acquired by Lycos in 1998 as well as eGain, an online customer service company which he built from inception to post NASDAQ IPO. Gunjan serves on the Board of several Silicon Valley companies and in 2010, he has been appointed on the Board of US-India Science and Technology Research Endowment, by the Office of Science and Technology Policy at the White House.

He obtained his BS and MS degrees in computer science from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, and UC Santa Cruz, respectively. He also holds an MS in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from Stanford University. He was featured as one of the 50 most successful immigrant entrepreneurs in the US by Silicon India.

Shellye Archambeau - Chief Executive Officer
As the CEO of MetricStream, Shellye Archambeau is responsible for running all facets of the business. Under her leadership, MetricStream has become a global market leader in Governance, Risk, and Compliance, with offices on nearly every continent and over 1000 employees. Prior to joining MetricStream in 2002, Ms. Archambeau was the Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Sales for Loudcloud, Inc, where she was responsible for all global sales and marketing activities. Prior to that, she served as the Chief Marketing Officer of NorthPoint Communications, where she led the design and implementation of all sales and marketing strategies. Ms. Archambeau also served as President of Blockbuster, Inc.'s e-commerce division where she was recognized by Internet World as one of the Top 25 'Click and Mortar' executives in the country in June 2000. Prior to that, Ms. Archambeau spent 15 years at IBM, holding several domestic and international executive positions. Ms. Archambeau currently serves on the board of directors for the Silicon Valley Leadership Group, Arbitron, Inc., IT Senior Management Forum, the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs and Executives, and Watermark.

Ms. Archambeau has presented to Fortune 100 corporations and industry associations including NASDAQ, IIA, ISACA, and members of Congress, and also guest lectures at Stanford's Graduate School of Business and The Wharton School of Business. She currently pens a bi-monthly column on leadership and entrepreneurship for Xconomy, and is frequently quoted in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Mashable, Silicon Valley Business Journal, San Francisco Chronicle, Cosmopolitan, and American Express OPEN Forum. In 2008, Ms. Archambeau was recognized as one of the "Top Women of Influence in Silicon Valley" by San Jose Business Journal and in 2009, she was named one of the "Top 50 African Americans in IT." In October 2010, Ms. Archambeau was invited by the White House to represent Silicon Valley's interests at the White House Women Entrepreneurship Conference. Most recently, in April 2013, Ms. Archambeau was named the "#2 Most Influential African American in Technology" by Business Insider. Ms. Archambeau graduated in 1984 with a BS from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania where she majored in Marketing and Decision Science.

Gaurav Kapoor - Chief Operating Officer
As the Chief Operating Officer of MetricStream, Gaurav Kapoor has the overall responsibility for Sales, Marketing, Customer Advocacy, the Partner Ecosystem, and ComplianceOnline.com. Till 2010, he also served as the CFO of the company. During this time, he led MetricStream's financial strategy as well as Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships. He also launched ComplianceOnline.com, a MetricStream business unit which has grown to become a leading online GRC community and content property.

Mr. Kapoor came to MetricStream from OpenGrowth, an incubation and venture firm where he helped build and grow several companies including ArcadiaOne and Regalix. Prior to that, he spent several years in Marketing, Operations, and Business roles at Citi in Asia and the U.S.

Mr. Kapoor has a Bachelor's degree in Technology (with Honors) from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), a degree in Business from FMS, Delhi, and an MBA from the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar. He serves on the board of Regalix, a digital innovation and marketing company.

Venky Yerrapotu - Executive Vice President of Professional Services and Engineering
As the Executive Vice President of Professional Services and Engineering, Venky Yerrapotu is responsible for engineering and supporting MetricStream's GRC and Quality Management applications. In addition, Venky is responsible for the MetricStream's solution delivery team. Prior to being promoted to this position, he held the positions of Vice President of Quality Services and Vice President of Product Development and Delivery. Prior to MetricStream, Venky held senior management positions at Oracle and Apexon. During his career, Venky has been involved with product development and provided consulting services to enterprise customers such as Cisco Systems, Motorola, ADT, GAP, Unocal and Honeywell. Venky has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, India and a Master's degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from Montana State University.

Vidya Phalke - Chief Technology Officer
As the CTO of MetricStream, Vidya Phalke is responsible for MetricStream's technical architecture and strategy. Prior to being promoted to the CTO position, Vidya served as Vice President of Product Management and Engineering at MetricStream where he was responsible for MetricStream's Software Products and Platform Delivery. Starting with MetricStream in 2003, Vidya has been instrumental in transforming the, then nascent, GRC Platform vision into an Industry Leading GRC Software Platform as recognized by MetricStream's World Class Enterprise customers as well as Leading Analysts.

Vidya has held various Senior Product Management and Engineering positions in Narus and Network Programs - building Enterprise Grade Business and Operations Support Systems. Before joining the Software Industry, Vidya was an Academic at Rutgers University where he won two SBIR grants on cutting edge research on Databases and Network Optimization. Besides a PhD in Computer Science from Rutgers University, Vidya holds a Management degree from MIT Sloan. He is a graduate of IIT, Delhi, India.

Brenda Boultwood - Senior Vice President of Industry Solutions
As the Senior VP of Industry Solutions, Brenda is responsible for a portfolio of key industry verticals, including Energy and Utilities, Federal Agencies, as well as strategic Banking and Financial Services customers.

Brenda comes to MetricStream with a rich career in Risk Management, and has held several key operating roles at some of the largest global organizations. Most recently she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer at Constellation Energy. Prior to that, she served as Global Head of Strategy, Alternative Investment Services, at J.P. Morgan Chase & Company, where she developed the strategy for the company’s Hedge Fund Services, Private Equity Fund Services, Leveraged Loan Services, and Global Derivative Services. During her tenure at J.P. Morgan Chase, Brenda also served as Global Head of Strategic Risk Management for its Treasury Services group, and as Global Business Head of Global Derivative Services for its Alternative Investment Services group.

At Bank One Corporation, she served as Head, Corporate Market Risk Management and Counterparty Credit, and Head of Corporate Operational Risk Management, before advancing to Head, Global Risk Management for the company’s Global Treasury Services group.

Brenda has also worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Chemical Bank Corporation. In addition, she has spent time teaching at the University of Maryland’s MBA program. Brenda was a member of the CFTC Technology Advisory Committee, and has also served on the Board of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).  She currently serves on the Board of the Committee of Chief Risk Officers (CCRO).

Brenda graduated with honors from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations. She also earned a Ph.D. in Economics from the City University of New York.

Shankar Bhaskaran - General Manager of International Operations
As the General Manager of International Operations Shankar Bhaskaran is responsible for leading the business strategy and execution for Europe, Middle East and the Asia Pacific markets. Shankar has spent over 15 years in enterprise software and technology, media & new media having worked with large corporations such as Time & Fortune, Harvard Business Review, Bennet & Coleman, Living Media, Double-click network, and Altavista among others, in key marketing, corporate and brand communication roles. Prior to joining MetricStream, he was head of business solutions for the Asia Pacific markets with Vista Enterprise Solutions, a leading player in the outsourced software applications market. At MetricStream, over the last 7 years he has leveraged the unique India-US business model for outsourced delivery to onsite locations having setup the sales and marketing infrastructure, general and administration teams to support scale and delivery. Shankar has a BS in Computer Science from Madras University, Executive Program from Indian Institute of Management and has been trained by professional bodies such as NIS, Huthwaite Research, HFI, and Times School among others.

Vasant Balasubramanian - Vice President of Product Management
As Vice President of Product Management, Vasant is responsible for product vision and strategy across MetricStream's GRC & Quality product lines. Over his five years at MetricStream, Vasant has been a thought-leader in shaping the vision for Integrated GRC and spearheading key strategic initiatives to drive MetricStream's success in the market.

In a career spanning over 18 years in technology, Vasant has envisioned, designed, and developed market-leading products. He held senior management positions at Mercury Interactive/HP and InterWeave where he focused on building innovative & intuitive products that customers value. Vasant holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from IIT, Roorkee and a Masters degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Keri Dawson - Vice President of ComplianceOnline Advisory Services
Keri Dawson is Vice President of ComplianceOnline Advisory Services at MetricStream. In this role, she is responsible for leading the integration and continued growth of MetricStream’s cloud-based content and consulting services, with focus on driving MetricStream’s next generation content and service portfolios across the ComplianceOnline business unit. Keri was formerly a Director with KPMG and has over fifteen years of consulting experience in audit, risk, controls, and compliance. She was a leader in KPMG’s GRC Technologies practice, and has been active in the governance, risk and compliance domain for over a decade. Keri’s delivery portfolio includes system implementations, internal audit and regulatory compliance services, external audits and attestation services, IT strategy and risk assessments, and performance improvement projects. She has substantial experience leading and coordinating IT-enabled transformation engagements across numerous industries, with a focus on the global consumer markets and technology sectors. Keri holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. She is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Anindo Banerjea - Vice President of Engineering
As the Vice President of Engineering, Dr. Anindo Banerjea is responsible for the development of MetricStream's suite of Governance, Risk and Compliance product, as well as the Application Studio (AppStudio) toolkit for rapid application development on MetricStream GRC Platform. Prior to MetricStream, Dr. Banerjea was the CTO at TBDNetworks, a company specializing in network technology, virtualization and data center automation. Previously, Dr. Banerjea was Research Professor at the Information Sciences Institute (ISI) at the University of Southern California and Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the University of Toronto, where he conducted research and taught undergraduate and graduate level courses on networking and information technology. He received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from University of California, Berkeley and a B.Sc. from IIT, Delhi.

Susan Palm - Vice President of Industry Solutions
As the VP of Industry Solutions, Susan Palm is responsible for driving growth for MetricStream in specific industries including Financial Services. Susan comes to MetricStream with over 27 years as a practitioner in Governance and Risk Management. Most recently, as the Senior Vice President of Audit and Risk at Sterling Savings Bank, Susan was responsible for Audit, Compliance, Fraud, Credit Review and Enterprise Risk Management. She has also spent several years in consulting. Prior to that, Susan spent over two decades at Norwest and Wells Fargo where she served as the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Governance and Risk Management. She was actively engaged with the Board of Directors, Federal Reserve, the OCC, other regulatory bodies, and has led various National Operational Risk committees eg BITS Regulatory Overlap Reconciliation and the Basel ANPR. She is a regular speaker at several forums in Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC). Susan received her B.A. in Economics from Lawrence University, and graduated from the Stanford Graduate School of Business’ Executive Program.

Thomas Ludwig - Vice President of Customer Advocacy
As the Vice President of Customer Advocacy, Thomas Ludwig is responsible for representing MetricStream customer interests, as well as responsible for production engineering and support. Thomas joined MetricStream through MetricStream's acquisition of TBD Networks/vPanorama, a Silicon Valley based company that built software for governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) and management of virtualized environments and networks. As Co-Founder and later CEO of TBD Networks, Thomas successfully led the development of the company since inception, as well as led deployments in some of the world's largest virtualized environments. Prior to TBD Networks/vPanorama, Thomas was a Principal at Boldstep Software, a boutique consulting firm specializing in mega-project management in the financial services industry with responsibility for project volumes over USD $60M. Thomas started his career as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company working on projects for clients in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, media, manufacturing, and banking industries out of the firm's offices in London, New York City, and Germany. Thomas holds a B.S and M.S in Computer Science from the University of Technology Vienna and a B.A and M.A in Philosophy from the University of Vienna in a joint program with UC Berkeley.

Andrew Potts - Chief Financial Officer
As the Chief Financial Officer, Andrew Potts is responsible for MetricStream's global accounting, finance, and legal operations. Andrew brings over 20 years of finance and accounting management experience. Prior to MetricStream, he spent ten years at Moody's Corporation where he was Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of Finance within multi-national business units selling risk management software solutions. Andrew was earlier the Controller of KMV Company, a fast growing San Francisco based software firm, for several years. He also spent eight years at Robert Half International, a leading staffing firm, in various management roles within its Finance organization. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in economics from Colgate University.
