As the Chairman, Gunjan Sinha is responsible for leading the strategy and execution at MetricStream. Over his career, Gunjan has spent over 15 years in various entrepreneurial, board and executive positions developing, marketing and selling software and Internet services. As an internet pioneer, he was the co-founder and President of WhoWhere? Inc., a leading Internet directory services company acquired by Lycos in 1998 as well as eGain, an online customer service company which successfully served over 800 businesses around the world. Earlier in his career, Gunjan also co-founded Viman Software, Inc., a network license management company, and Parsec Technologies Pvt. Ltd., an international call center company based in India. Gunjan has served on the Board of several venture-backed technology companies.

He obtained his BS and MS degrees in computer science from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, and UC Santa Cruz, respectively. He also holds an MS in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from Stanford University. He was featured as one of the 50 most successful immigrant entrepreneurs in the US by Silicon India.

As the CEO of MetricStream, Shellye Archambeau is responsible for running all facets of the business. Ms. Archambeau has a proven executive management track record and over 20 years of experience driving sales growth in the technology industry. Prior to joining MetricStream, Ms. Archambeau was Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Sales for Loudcloud, Inc, responsible for all global sales and marketing activities. At Loudcloud she led the transformation into an enterprise-focused company while growing sales 50% year over year. Previously, she served as Chief Marketing Officer of NorthPoint Communications, where she led the design and implementation of all sales and marketing strategies. Ms. Archambeau also served as president of Blockbuster, Inc.'s e-commerce division and was recognized by Internet World as one of the Top 25 'Click and Mortar' executives in the country in June of 2000. Ms. Archambeau spent the prior 15 years at IBM, holding several domestic and international executive positions. Ms. Archambeau serves on the board of directors of Arbitron, Inc. and the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs and Executives. She earned a B.S. degree at the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.

As the CFO and General Manager for the company, Gaurav has worldwide responsibility for Finance, Marketing, Business Development and the ComplianceOnline business unit. During his tenure at MetricStream, Gaurav has been instrumental in shaping key strategic initiatives and driving overall financial performance of the company. Gaurav brings nearly a decade of marketing, finance and operating experience with Citigroup and has spent several years in executive operating roles with venture-backed enterprise software and internet companies. As part of the executive team at ArcadiaOne, Gaurav handled finance and operations from inception to profitability. ArcadiaOne was successfully acquired in 2001. At Citigroup, Gaurav led the launch and growth of the US 'International Payments Business', which had a distributed operating structure with sales in North America, and technology, operations and service in India. Under his leadership, this business grew to become a pioneer in web-based international financial transactions. Prior to that, he led marketing and operations for a $ 4Bn international business unit at Citibank that had operations in over 25 countries and customers in over 100 countries worldwide. Gaurav has a Bachelors in Technology (with Honors) from the Institute of Technology in India, a degree in Business from FMS, Delhi and an MBA from the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar.

As the Vice President of Sales, Carl is responsible for meeting MetricStream's sales goals, managing customer relationships, and working with MetricStream's customers to identify areas where MetricStream's solutions can improve their business and add value to their operations. Most recently, Carl was the Chief Operating Officer of Visiprise, which acquired the manufacturing software group from Teradyne in January 2003. At Teradyne, Carl was the Vice-President of Software Operations where he had P & L responsibility for developing and delivering manufacturing execution software to Fortune 500 manufacturers such as Celestica, Solectron, Hitachi, Sun, Compaq/HP, Raytheon, Goodrich, Philips Lighting, Textron, Ford, Chrysler, Abbott Labs and many others. Prior to joining Teradyne in 2000, Carl was President and CEO of BrightPost Solutions, Senior Vice President of Product Management and Software Development at Fischer International Systems Corp, and Vice President of Software Applications at IVI Checkmate (formerly Checkmate Electronics). Carl has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

As the Vice President of Engineering, Vidya Phalke is responsible for MetricStream's Software Product Delivery which spans the Applications and Compliance Platform. Most recently, at MetricStream, Vidya led the Platform Engineering group delivering MetricStream's core technology differentiators. Prior to that he has held various Senior Engineering positions in Narus and Network Programs. Before joining the industry, Vidya was an academic at Rutgers University where as a Post-Doctoral candidate he won two SBIR grants on cutting edge research on Databases and Network Optimization. Besides a PhD in Computer Science from Rutgers University, Vidya holds a Management degree from MIT Sloan. He is a graduate of IIT, Delhi, India.

Charles Goldenberg leads governance, risk and compliance solutions for MetricStream, including solutions for SOX compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, Board Governance and operational compliance. Charlie brings more than 30 years of professional experience to MetricStream, including 25 years as a management consultant. At KPMG Consulting, Charlie was the West Coast partner-in-charge for the World-Class Finance practice. He worked with a number of leading companies on Finance process and governance issues, and worked with several large multi-national corporations on inter-company transfer pricing issues. Charlie also was KPMG's thought leader on the Balanced Scorecard performance measurement framework and a leading practitioner on the topic of activity-based costing. At Deloitte Consulting, Charlie was partner-in-charge of the Americas High Technology Industry Practice, and led Deloitte's business relationships at several major accounts, including: Cisco Systems, Microsoft, and Sun Microsystems. At Mercer Management Consulting, he was the managing director for the San Francisco practice. Prior to his career in consulting, Charlie led purchasing and industrial and manufacturing engineering for Peterbilt Motors Company.

Charlie holds a Master of Science degree from Stanford University in industrial engineering, and a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California at Santa Barbara, where he graduated with honors. He also holds professional engineering registrations in both industrial and mechanical engineering.

As the Vice President of Professional Services, Joe Longo is responsible for delivery of customer solutions and consulting services based on MetricStream's business applications. Before joining MetricStream, Joe was VP of PSO at Selectica, a contract management company. Prior to that, Joe was VP of PSO at Valicert, Inc and the VP of PSO at Worldtalk. Both companies went through successful IPOs during Joe's tenure. During his career, Joe has provided direct consulting expertise to major enterprise customers such as the Federal Reserve Bank, Hong Kong Post, Wells Fargo Bank, MCI, and others. Joe has a degree in Computer Science from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Communications from the Chisholm Institute of Technology.

As the Vice President of Quality Services, Venky Yerrapotu is responsible for MetricStream's product quality which spans the Applications and Compliance Platform. Most recently, at MetricStream, Venky led the Professional Services group in delivering customer solutions and consulting services to our valued customers. Prior to MetricStream, Venky was a Director at Oracle Corporation responsible for the Offshore Supply Chain Management consulting practice. Prior to that, he was a Senior Development Manager at Apexon in the Engineering Platform and Application Development groups. During his career, Venky has provided consulting services to major enterprise customers such as Cisco Systems, Motorola, ADT, GAP, Unocal, Honeywell, and others. Venky has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, India and a Master's degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from Montana State University.

As General Manager of ComplianceOnline.com, Pankaj is responsible for ComplianceOnline.com, delivering relevant content and training to compliance professionals worldwide. Pankaj joins MetricStream with a rich background in early stage and established companies developing high-tech and internet businesses. He has helped companies in several sectors - software, retail, online auctions among others. Most recently he was Vice President of Customer Acquisition & Retention Marketing at McAfee, Inc. where he helped grow the business to several hundred million in sales in 5 years. Prior to McAfee he was at BlueLight.com where he led the development of a national customer loyalty program for Kmart and launched several customer facing programs. Prior to BlueLight.com, he held senior management roles at several venture-backed companies where he helped build new businesses from ground up. Pankaj has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA.
