Gunjan Sinha - Chairman
As the Chairman, Gunjan Sinha is responsible for leading the strategy and execution at MetricStream. Over his career, Gunjan has spent over 20 years in various entrepreneurial, board and executive positions building innovative businesses. As an internet pioneer, he was the co-founder and President of WhoWhere? Inc., a leading Internet directory services company acquired by Lycos in 1998 as well as eGain, an online customer service company which he built from inception to post NASDAQ IPO. Gunjan serves on the Board of several Silicon Valley companies and in 2010, he has been appointed on the Board of US-India Science and Technology Research Endowment, by the Office of Science and Technology Policy at the White House.

He obtained his BS and MS degrees in computer science from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, and UC Santa Cruz, respectively. He also holds an MS in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from Stanford University. He was featured as one of the 50 most successful immigrant entrepreneurs in the US by Silicon India.

Shellye Archambeau - Chief Executive Officer
As the CEO of MetricStream, Shellye Archambeau is responsible for running all facets of the business. Ms. Archambeau has a proven executive management track record and over 20 years of experience driving sales growth in the technology industry. Prior to joining MetricStream, Ms. Archambeau was Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Sales for Loudcloud, Inc, responsible for all global sales and marketing activities. At Loudcloud she led the transformation into an enterprise-focused company while growing sales 50% year over year. Previously, she served as Chief Marketing Officer of NorthPoint Communications, where she led the design and implementation of all sales and marketing strategies. Ms. Archambeau also served as president of Blockbuster, Inc.'s e-commerce division and was recognized by Internet World as one of the Top 25 'Click and Mortar' executives in the country in June of 2000. Ms. Archambeau spent the prior 15 years at IBM, holding several domestic and international executive positions. Ms. Archambeau serves on the board of directors of Arbitron, Inc. and the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs and Executives. She earned a B.S. degree at the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.

Gaurav Kapoor - Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer of MetricStream, Gaurav has overall responsibility for Sales, Marketing, Customer Advocacy and the Partner Ecosystem.

Until 2010, he served as the CFO of the company and the General Manager of GRC. He has held various positions at MetricStream since inception and has been instrumental in shaping key strategic initiatives that have helped MetricStream become a global leader in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC). During his tenure, he has led MetricStream’s financial strategy as well as Sales, Marketing and Partnerships. He founded ComplianceOnline.com that has grown to become a leading online GRC community and content property.

Gaurav has more than a decade of experience in building and growing enterprise software and internet companies. As part of the executive team at ArcadiaOne, Gaurav led the team from inception to profitability and a successful acquisition. Prior to Arcadiaone, he spent nearly a decade in marketing, finance & operating roles with Citigroup. At Citigroup, Gaurav played several executive roles in US and in Asia, including the launch and growth of a pioneering internet based consumer remittance business. Gaurav has a Bachelor in Technology (with Honors) from the Institute of Technology in India, a degree in Business from FMS, Delhi and an MBA from the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar.

He is a thought leader in the GRC space and is a regular speaker at key forums like the IIA, Ops Risk, PRIMIA, ISACA among many others. He also works closely with federal and state policy makers and serves on advisory boards of other technology and media companies.

Venky Yerrapotu - Executive Vice President of Professional Services and Engineering
As the Executive Vice President of Professional Services and Engineering, Venky Yerrapotu is responsible for engineering and supporting MetricStream's GRC and Quality Management applications. In addition, Venky is responsible for the MetricStream's solution delivery team. Prior to being promoted to this position, he held the positions of Vice President of Quality Services and Vice President of Product Development and Delivery. Prior to MetricStream, Venky held senior management positions at Oracle and Apexon. During his career, Venky has been involved with product development and provided consulting services to enterprise customers such as Cisco Systems, Motorola, ADT, GAP, Unocal and Honeywell. Venky has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, India and a Master's degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from Montana State University.

Vidya Phalke, PhD - Chief Technology Officer
As the CTO of MetricStream, Vidya Phalke is responsible for MetricStream's technical architecture and strategy. Prior to being promoted to the CTO position, Vidya served as Vice President of Product Management and Engineering at MetricStream where he was responsible for MetricStream's Software Products and Platform Delivery. Starting with MetricStream in 2003, Vidya has been instrumental in transforming the, then nascent, GRC Platform vision into an Industry Leading GRC Software Platform as recognized by MetricStream's World Class Enterprise customers as well as Leading Analysts.

Vidya has held various Senior Product Management and Engineering positions in Narus and Network Programs - building Enterprise Grade Business and Operations Support Systems. Before joining the Software Industry, Vidya was an Academic at Rutgers University where he won two SBIR grants on cutting edge research on Databases and Network Optimization. Besides a PhD in Computer Science from Rutgers University, Vidya holds a Management degree from MIT Sloan. He is a graduate of IIT, Delhi, India.

Shankar Bhaskaran - GM & Vice President of International Business Operations
As the GM & Vice President of International Business Operations Shankar Bhaskaran is responsible for leading the business strategy and execution for Europe, Middle East and the Asia Pacific markets. Shankar has spent over 15 years in enterprise software and technology, media & new media having worked with large corporations such as Time & Fortune, Harvard Business Review, Bennet & Coleman, Living Media, Double-click network, and Altavista among others, in key marketing, corporate and brand communication roles. Prior to joining MetricStream, he was head of business solutions for the Asia Pacific markets with Vista Enterprise Solutions, a leading player in the outsourced software applications market. At MetricStream, over the last 7 years he has leveraged the unique India-US business model for outsourced delivery to onsite locations having setup the sales and marketing infrastructure, general and administration teams to support scale and delivery. Shankar has a BS in Computer Science from Madras University, Executive Program from Indian Institute of Management and has been trained by professional bodies such as NIS, Huthwaite Research, HFI, and Times School among others.

Joe Longo - Vice President of Consulting
As the Vice President of Consulting, Joe Longo is responsible for delivery of GRC solutions and consulting services to MetricStream customers. Before joining MetricStream, Joe was VP of PSO at Selectica, a contract management company. Prior to that, Joe was VP of PSO at Valicert, Inc and the VP of PSO at Worldtalk. Both companies went through successful IPOs during Joe's tenure. During his career, Joe has provided direct consulting expertise to major enterprise customers such as the Federal Reserve Bank, Hong Kong Post, Wells Fargo Bank, MCI, and others. Joe has a degree in Computer Science from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Communications from the Chisholm Institute of Technology.

Bill Daniher - Vice President of Finance and Operations
Bill Daniher has over 15 years of experience in the technology sector in senior finance and operations roles. Prior to MetricStream, Bill was VP of Finance and Business Development for Aragon Consulting Group where he managed relationships with customers of software services and oversaw the acquisition and integration of the Krugle Enterprise Code Search Solution. Prior to Aragon, Bill was VP of Operations and Business Development for the Games Group division of Ziff Davis Media where he led the acquisition of Internet properties and oversaw finance for the group. Bill has held VP of Finance and Operations roles with several venture backed entrepreneurial companies. Bill also served as VP of Finance and CFO for a subsidiary of AMP, Inc., a $6B manufacturer of electronic components, and as General Manager of their Passive Products Division. At AMP, he also worked for the President of the Global Communications Business in a Strategic Planning position.

Bill earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. Prior to going to business school, he served as a Lieutenant in the US Nuclear Submarine Force.

Keri Dawson - Vice President of ComplianceOnline Advisory Services
Keri Dawson is Vice President of ComplianceOnline Advisory Services at MetricStream. In this role, she is responsible for leading the integration and continued growth of MetricStream’s cloud-based content and consulting services, with focus on driving MetricStream’s next generation content and service portfolios across the ComplianceOnline business unit. Keri was formerly a Director with KPMG and has over fifteen years of consulting experience in audit, risk, controls, and compliance. She was a leader in KPMG’s GRC Technologies practice, and has been active in the governance, risk and compliance domain for over a decade. Keri’s delivery portfolio includes system implementations, internal audit and regulatory compliance services, external audits and attestation services, IT strategy and risk assessments, and performance improvement projects. She has substantial experience leading and coordinating IT-enabled transformation engagements across numerous industries, with a focus on the global consumer markets and technology sectors. Keri holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. She is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Anindo Banerjea - Vice President of Engineering
As the Vice President of Engineering, Dr. Anindo Banerjea is responsible for the development of MetricStream's suite of Governance, Risk and Compliance product, as well as the Application Studio (AppStudio) toolkit for rapid application development on MetricStream GRC Platform. Prior to MetricStream, Dr. Banerjea was the CTO at TBDNetworks, a company specializing in network technology, virtualization and data center automation. Previously, Dr. Banerjea was Research Professor at the Information Sciences Institute (ISI) at the University of Southern California and Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the University of Toronto, where he conducted research and taught undergraduate and graduate level courses on networking and information technology. He received a Ph. D. in Computer Science from University of California, Berkeley and a B.Sc. from IIT, Delhi.
