Responsibilities:
- Identify new customers for products within a given sales territory
- Responsible for generating new opportunities: key business function is prospecting new accounts
- Reaching top level executives and line-of-business (LOB) managers
Experience / qualifications / skills:
- Should be a Graduate with B2B sales experience, Post graduates in MBA is preferable
- 2 to 4 yrs of Sales/ Telesales/ Business Development experience, CRM experience
- Experience of software sales/ business development in North American territory preferred
- Should be a Techno functional who can map Technology to Business Processes
- Should have hand on experience in CRM Tools like Sales Force
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially with C-level or LOB executives
- Ability to understand customer's industry and core business processes, and then identify the problems they are facing
- Ability to understand and describe how solutions and features can address the business issues that customers are facing
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Job demands to work with the US timings. Flexibility to work on Night Shifts is an essential requirement for this position
