| Channel Manager - Partner Alliance |

Yrs of Exp: Min 5-7 yrs of experience in managing accounts, sales channels etc preferable in online space for at least 3 yrs.
Job Description:
The channel manager would be responsible for strategic planning and development of new/current areas of products and services in quality and compliance space (trainings, digital products etc). He would be accountable for generating revenue from these channels by coordinating with cross functional teams to execute go-to-market strategies etc.
Responsibilities:
- Designs and manages optimal retail channels framework (capacity, quality, reach) and structure retail channels, for online product and services etc.
- Co-ordinates with sales teams on authorization requirements, programs and policies.
- Creates, drives & manages programs/ initiatives for channels sales readiness and capabilities
- Develop Programs & Campaigns to increase retail channels capacity to sustain growth targets
- Plan and implement sales and business development strategies and help channel partners (panelists) achieve their targets
- Initiate plans/programs for product promotions & marketing with help from marketing team
- Document & survey the open markets with help from research team.
- Drive strategies along with ownership
Skill set/Desired Profile:
- Self-driven with a high degree of initiative
- Excellent communication and interaction skills
- Fluency in written / spoken English
- Familiarity with computer office applications, email and Internet
- Good knowledge of online marketing programs (PPC,SEO,Email blogs)
- Sound market research/web research skills
- Flexible to work under different team timings
- Experience related to e-commerce an added advantage.
