Job Description:
Reporting into the Marketing Manager, the key responsibility of this role will be to organize offline events integrated with the online strategies.
The events coordinator is the person responsible for researching, planning, coordinating, and evaluating specialized events. They have to come up with innovative ideas for marketing that must be accomplished within a budget and a time frame. The position is responsible for the smooth operation of assigned events, from beginning of planning stages, pulling together all event details for successful execution, through actual event.
The coordinator is responsible to find out what kind of event needs to be planned, whom it is for, and the purpose, size, time frame, and proposed budget. The Events Coordinator is responsible for every detail of the event from beginning to end.
In order to develop effective marketing plans, you will also need to adapt research to inform customer segmented campaigns. The major channel of communication will be through email, call outs, personal invitations however you will also utilize business development counterparts and PR to drive sales and ensure return of investment.
Job Qualifications
- MBA with 2- 3 years of experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
