Yrs of Exp: 4-5 yrs of experience in developing, managing and growing online marketing programs.
Job Description:
Will be managing the coordination, promotion, and execution of lead generation programs across a wide variety of online programs. This position would be responsible for building new customer acquisition and customer retention programs using SEO/SEM, Viral marketing, online advertising and email marketing skills. This position supports all of our business units and will be responsible for leading the marketing team and executing all marketing initiatives across cross a functional team. Coordinating with channel managers and team leads for planning and execution of campaigns specific to their requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and collaborating with the Unit to develop:
- The online presence strategy in line with the Marketing Strategy
- Acquisition & retention campaigns
- Day-to-day point of contact for all needs and collaboration with Marketing.
- Providing feedback on online marketing impact and strategy refinement, as need be
- Other online marketing vendor Management
- Creation of MIS related to online marketing programs
- Plan and execute marketing programs
- Assist with development and execution of direct mail campaigns including, but not limited to selection of appropriate vendors
- Assist in selecting and purchasing mailing lists
- Assist in obtaining market research/prospecting resources for campaign planning
- Work closely with Sales team to coordinate distribution of leads to sales
- Responsible for the coordinating and executing integrated market awareness and demand creation programs across a spectrum of marketing mix elements including (but, not limited to) trade shows, webinars, seminars, web marketing, print advertising, web advertising and channel marketing.
- Initiate and manage the creative development process by working with our creative resources to ensure that the right audience, messages, and graphic components are all identified. Ensure all programs and campaigns comply with corporate positioning guidelines.
- Identify target market for each campaign, including named account and vertical targets, with the assistance of Product Marketing.
- Function as the Marketing super-user for CRM and marketing automation system of choice. Responsible for database development, including contact data development, list uploads and list extractions in support of program requirements. Develop, analyze and deliver activity and result reports.
- Coordinate with internal and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services in support of campaigns.
- Manage marketing projects with scrupulous attention to timelines, deadlines and approvals
Skill set/Desired Profile:
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing program management for services products in digital space.
- Knowledge of PPC, SEO and other online marketing techniques is must.
- 3-4 years managing website, email and online marketing programs is a must.
- Good communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of Internet / Online / Websites based advertising
- Should have done email management and DB management
