PR & Analyst Relations

Analyst Relations

  • Drive analyst engagements and relationships in various GRC-related domains and industry verticals spanning 8-10 leading analysts firms and 20-30 analysts – including Gartner and Forrester Research.
  • Develop strategy to positively impact analyst views on MetricStream as well as ensure coverage and positioning of MetricStream as a market leader in schedule reports – like Magic Quadrants and Waves.
  • Work with Executive Leadership, Product Marketing, Product Management to strategize on company and product positioning and messaging to ensure strong analyst endorsement and client referrals.
  • Manage ongoing communications, updates, briefings, inquiries, customer reference calls and strategy days with analysts to demonstrate market leadership and continually raise awareness of MetricStream.
  • Negotiate and executive service and subscription contracts with analyst firms for planned long term engagements and join marketing programs.

Media Relations

  • Manage outreach programs and relationships with a variety of media publications including technology, business, trade, and verticals and across media channels including blogs, online, print and TV.
  • Engage and drive a PR agency in the US to drive media coverage, thought leadership content contribution, by-line articles and editorial opportunities leveraging experts in MetricStream community.
  • Develop and executive online social media plan to establish MetricStream’s company and product leadership and raising the brand awareness for the company’s offerings.
  • Manage ongoing press releases, speaking opportunities, media inquiries and awards programs and work closely with writers and agencies to develop content.
  • Supporting international media relations activities, overseeing press briefings, provide counsel to senior executives on messaging and media relations and manage online media kit.


  • Proven track record of success in analyst relations and media relations with 8-10 years’ experience in enterprise software industry.
  • Industry knowledge and ability to effectively understand and articulate MetricStream vision, value proposition and competitive differentiation.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, with the ability to develop compelling presentations and content for analyst and media interactions.
  • Self-directed, independent, strategic thinker, with a goal orientation towards driving pipeline and customer wins as a result of analyst and media relations.
