Sales Support - North America

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for RFI/ RFP Process Management (Request For Proposal)
  • Creation of comparative consultant reports, based on feedback generated through the consultative channel
  • Making customer demo's and high-powered presentations
  • Handling the organization's customer services and business processes requirements
  • Involved with meeting clients and interpreting their requirements
  • Bid Evaluation, creation of comparative matrices on pricing, performance and domain knowledge expertise
  • Sale management - support sales in managing and automating systems(e.g. sales force.com)
  • Responsible for follow-through on 'Blocked accounts' or accounts that do not immediate interest but could have interest in 6-12 months
  • Responsible for being in contact with Lost accounts and 'dead accounts' at frequent intervals to re-initiate any interest

Job Requirements

  • First Class BE / BTech and an MBA
  • Over 5 years of experience in a large Systems Integration firm or a software company in the sales support function
  • Good communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Team player, Creative, Systematic, Confident, Highly organized and Committed
  • Positive attitude
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with direct customers in the US or Europe
  • Business Competence - Understanding of market and business trends in software and solution selling and preferably Quality Management Systems
  • Must be willing to work in Bangalore, India
