Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for RFI/ RFP Process Management (Request For Proposal)
- Creation of comparative consultant reports, based on feedback generated through the consultative channel
- Making customer demo's and high-powered presentations
- Handling the organization's customer services and business processes requirements
- Involved with meeting clients and interpreting their requirements
- Bid Evaluation, creation of comparative matrices on pricing, performance and domain knowledge expertise
- Sale management - support sales in managing and automating systems(e.g. sales force.com)
- Responsible for follow-through on 'Blocked accounts' or accounts that do not immediate interest but could have interest in 6-12 months
- Responsible for being in contact with Lost accounts and 'dead accounts' at frequent intervals to re-initiate any interest
Job Requirements
- First Class BE / BTech and an MBA
- Over 5 years of experience in a large Systems Integration firm or a software company in the sales support function
- Good communication and Interpersonal skills
- Team player, Creative, Systematic, Confident, Highly organized and Committed
- Positive attitude
- 3 to 5 years of experience with direct customers in the US or Europe
- Business Competence - Understanding of market and business trends in software and solution selling and preferably Quality Management Systems
- Must be willing to work in Bangalore, India
