Job Description:
The job involves conducting events online for ComplianceOnline on a day to day basis. The day to day work revolves around customer interaction, converting refunds to store credit, mailing participants, and calling them if necessary. The Candidate should be well versed with documenting details and have a zeal for learning. The events would be conducted online using WebEx as a platform. Candidate has to work in US timings.
Responsibilities:
- Constant interaction with customers either via call or email
- Outbound calls to customers if necessary.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Receive calls from customers for any query.
- Preparing daily, weekly & monthly MIS & Reports.
- Track refunds and follow-up with customers for any issues and issue refund.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data using excel (knowledge on MS Office is an added advantage).
- Conducts live events/Dry Run's if necessary.
Skill set/Desired Profile:
- Good skills about using emails/outlook and online tools (meeting tools)
- Excellent communication skills & Interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone& email etiquette
- Good knowledge of MS office.
- Flexible in attitude and approach.
- Strong self management skills.
- Knowledge of using WebEx would be an added advantage.
- Good Analytical ability
