• Ensure alignment of projects with business objectives by coordinating with the Solution/Delivery Managers delivering the individual projects
• Prioritization and assignment of shared resources to the various projects
• Assessment and monitoring of project's business and financial performance and compliance to methodologies and deliverables
• Monitoring of program components, relationships and dependencies, overall integration and issues resolution using tools such as OpenAir
• Propose enhancements to Program Management Methodology/Framework
• Report overall program status to management on a regular basis
• This position will report upto the the VP of Professional Services

Job Requirements

• 8-14 years of experience with atleast 4 years in project/program management
• Expert knowledge of Project and Program Management methodologies, tools and techniques
• Experience in a professional services organization, managing and delivering medium to large projects
• Strong tactical planning and leadership skills
• Strong communication, negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities
• PMP Certification would be a big plus
• Willingness to travel to the US for 3-6 month duration
