• Interact with MetricStream's customers, Product Management and Solutions & Services organization
• Write solution design documents. Review Requirements documents and provide feedback to Product Management and Solutions organization
• Manage a team of solutions developers to develop applications that or of the highest quality and are delivered in a timely manner
• Travel to customer locations, be responsible for end to end implementation of Solutions modules
• Work closely with MetricStream's QA organization to help develop test cases
• Write Application User Guides and prepare training material for MetricStream's customers
• Interface with the US Solutions team and track all open issues to closure

Job Requirements

• 8+ years in the software industry
• Experience in managing teams of over 10 people
• Strong enterprise business application design and development experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering/Business
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Relational databases and Data Modeling
• Familiarity with Manufacturing processes
• Working knowledge of HTML
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Exposure to enterprise business applications such as ERP or CRM
• Must be willing to work in Bangalore, India
