Job Responsibilities

• Interact with MetricStream's Account Managers and Product Management regarding application features and functionality.
• Create high level and low level design documents, and implementation approach for application modules
• Develop application modules using MetricStream's ECP platform and other technologies.
• Guide and mentor junior team members in designing and developing application modules.
• Practice and help enforce best practices for software development within the team.
• Review and approve test cases prepared by the QA organization.
• Provide technical guidance to a team of application developers, help them understand the business requirements and develop applications and / or configured solutions.
• Be responsible for code review, ensuring adherence to coding standards
• Review Application User Guides and training material for MetricStream's customers.
• Interface with the Account Manager and Support personnel and track all open issues to closure.

Job Requirements

• Overall 5+ years in software applications development.
• Strong enterprise business application design and development experience.
• Bachelors or Master's degree in Engineering/Business or Computer Applications.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Relational databases and Data Modeling.
• Familiarity with the business processes of at least one of the verticals like Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare or Foodservices.
• Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScripting.
• Strong written, oral communication and project management skills.
• Exposure to enterprise business applications such as ERP or CRM.
