Abstract: Life sciences companies strive for stability and consistency in manufacturing. However, changes to validated procedures for production and process are unavoidable. Though principles of a cGMP-compliant change control system are widely accepted, companies cannot maintain a robust change control process without appropriate computer systems and tools.
