Mr. Cathcart was the Chief Enterprise Risk Officer for Washington Mutual and had oversight of all aspects of risk in the organization including, credit, market, operational, compliance, regulatory and internal audit. Prior to joining WaMu in 2005, Mr. Cathcart was the EVP, Retail Risk Management for CIBC. Earlier, he served in a variety of risk management positions at Bank One from 1999 to 2002, including EVP and Chief Risk Officer of Retail. Mr. Cathcart will be joined by Gaurav Kapoor, CFO and General Manager at MetricStream.
