About the Webinar
Managing supplier quality is essential to running a successful business. Yet, as OEMs continue to seek cost reductions, supplier specified tests are often skipped which leads to the shipment of lower-quality materials. At the same time, many OEMs are faced with reducing internal operations teams due to budget cuts. The leaner inspection resources are not as likely to catch poor-quality components. In this webinar, OEMs will learn how to mitigate supplier quality problems with simple and reliable processes that deliver comprehensive, real-time quality data from outsourced suppliers, get root cause analysis of quality problems and remediate/charge back poor quality costs from the supplier. Through these tools, attendees will learn how adopters of the approach have lowered costs and achieved greater customer satisfaction.
