Michael currently serves on the boards of High Tech firms including Instill Corporation, Altiris (ATRS), Concur Technologies (CNQR), Eunoe and Military Advantage.

Michael has previously served on the boards of Citrix (CTXS), Pure Software (acquired by Rational (RATL)), Freshwater (acquired by Mercury Interactive (MERQ)) and Webmethods (WEBM). He also serves on the not-for-profit boards of the Forever Young Foundation, Interplast and is on the advisory board of Stanford Technology Venture Program (STVP).
