The agreement will combine MetricStream's web-based application suite that automates the quality assurance and regulatory compliance functions, with Instill's supply chain services and business intelligence solutions that provide visibility, and control over key business processes.

The integration of Instill's foodservice supply chain solutions with MetricStream's versatile quality platform brings a powerful solution to foodservice operators in the key areas of food safety, product quality, process visibility, and regulatory compliance.
