MetricStream to Replace Legacy Quality System

Redwood Shores, Calif. (05/24/2004) - MetricStream, Inc., a market leader in the enterprise-wide quality and compliance market today announced that Hitachi Computer Products (America), Inc. has selected its solutions to manage the company's core quality management processes. The MetricStream solution is currently being implemented at Hitachi Computer Product's Oklahoma Manufacturing Division, where it manufacturers large disk storage systems.

"Using MetricStream, we were able to implement an integrated quality management system with Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) and Training Management in about three months. Our plans call for expanding our quality solution footprint over the next few months by implementing three additional modules from MetricStream - Document Management, Equipment Management and Supplier Management."
