Extreme Networks Goes Live With Metricstream's SOx Solution

MetricStream's SOX solution to serve as a company-wide internal controls platform.

(NASDAQ: EXTR), has implemented SOX*Stream, MetricStream's solution for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. The MetricStream solution will serve as an enterprise-wide internal controls platform within Extreme Networks® for financial and non-financial controls, with the initial implementation focusing specifically on SOX controls.

The total timeline from project kickoff to implementation was less than nine weeks. The deployment steps, covered in this timeframe, included mapping business flows to the MetricStream system, creating a baseline configuration for validation and training, configuring the solution for process and reporting needs, integrating with existing document repository for the system to access reference and other documents and migrating process hierarchy and test plans from the existing environment into MetricStream.
