Training Content
MetricStream Training Management module enables companies to create an expansive repository of training content by combining internally developed courses with thousands of world-class online training programs on Metricstream's ComplianceOnline portal. These courses are developed by leading compliance experts who have many years of industry experience and specialized knowledge on specific regulatory and compliance issues. The topics can range from operational to strategic, from introductory to advanced and the courses can be delivered in a variety of ways, both online and offline.

Training Request and Approval
The solution provides easy access to training programs by allowing employees to search for courses of interest and self-register for courses. Training requests are captured through a simple online registration form and automatically routed for managerial approvals with tracking mechanism to ensure timely action. Managers can initiate training or on-the-job training requests for an employee based on job requirements or as a remedial action in response to an exception event due to lack of training.

Training Information
Confirmation, rescheduling or cancellation information is sent to attendees through email notifications along with course material and any other relevant details. The system can be used to seek feedback from trainees to measure effectiveness of the instructors and the course material.

Records and Gap Analysis
MerticStream records training history as evidence of compliance with mandatory requirements. It allows measuring the gap in employees' training record and their training plan or regulatory requirements enabling managers to track the training completeness within their departments and monitor overall skill pool availability at the organizational levels.
