Training Services

MetricStream solution implementation is followed by training programs to ensure quick adoption of our solutions. Different programs and curricula are designed to address different needs of business users, super users, system administrators, and internal trainers to prepare your staff to go-live and ensure project success. Comprehensive documentation is also provided including user guides, administration guides, installation guides, tutorials, etc.

In addition to our standard training programs that cover out-of-the-box solutions, our trainers works closely with implementation teams to provide training that is specific to how our solutions have been configured to fit in your unique business environment.

System administrators and super users are trained to carry out ongoing configuration tasks to keep the solution in synch with changing needs and business environment. Activities such as configuring reports and dashboards, adding new users, managing access rights, altering information routing and lifecycles, changing list of values (LOVs) of drop-down menus, etc. can be easily handled by internal staff without any dependence on MetricStream.
