Mr. Pearce is a quality and supply chain expert with over 20 years experience in combining the disciplines of quality, technology and supply management. His expertise spans a variety of industries and geographies, including Asia-Pacific, Western Europe, and North America.
For the last ten years, Gerard has focused on defining the infrastructure that provides managed supplier quality programs for numerous global leaders in fields such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, electronics, aerospace and consumer goods.

Carl McCauley, Vice President, Quality Management Solutions, MetricStream
Carl is responsible for managing customer relationships and working with MetricStream's customers to identify areas where MetricStream solutions can improve their business and add value to their operations. Prior to this role, Carl was the Chief Operating Officer of Visiprise, Vice-President of Software Operations at Teradyne, President and CEO of BrightPost Solutions, Senior Vice President of Product Management and Software Development at Fischer International Systems Corp, and Vice President of Software Applications at IVI Checkmate (formerly Checkmate Electronics).
