Speakers

Dr. Ken Baylor
Dr. Ken Baylor is a senior Information Security adviser to Fortune 500 companies. He is the current president of the Silicon Valley chapter of ISACA. Dr. Baylor recently served as Symantec's Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), is a CISSP, and a CISM. As CISO, Ken was responsible for developing all information systems security policies, overseeing the implementation of all security related policies and procedures, and for the global protection of electronic and digital assets. Dr Baylor also headed Symantec's Global Risk Council and Privacy Council.

Ken also worked closely with internal product groups on security capabilities in Symantec products, and headed-up the Information Security department. Prior to joining Symantec, Dr. Baylor led a number of strategic initiatives within McAfee, where he was recognized as an expert in Intrusion Prevention Systems and Risk Management. Ken was active in developing strategic alliances and creating the Service Provider program. Ken Baylor has 15 years of experience leading global IT and security teams. Dr. Baylor holds bachelors’ and doctorate degrees in Science from the National University of Ireland, a law degree from the University of Wolverhampton, England and an MBA from the University of Texas.

Pankaj Srivastava
Pankaj is the General Manager of ComplianceOnline.com and is responsible for ComplianceOnline.com delivering relevant content and training to compliance professionals worldwide. Pankaj joins MetricStream with a rich background in early stage and established companies developing high-tech and internet businesses. He has helped companies in several sectors - software, retail, online auctions among others. Most recently he was Vice President of Customer Acquisition & Retention Marketing at McAfee, Inc. where he helped grow the business to several hundred million in sales in 5 years. Prior to McAfee he was at BlueLight.com where he led the development of a national customer loyalty program for Kmart and launched several customer facing programs. Prior to BlueLight.com, he held senior management roles at several venture-backed companies where he helped build new businesses from ground up. Pankaj has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA.
