• Rajeev Bhatnagar, Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, International and Treasury Services, BNY - Rajeev Bhatnagar is a seasoned global risk and compliance leader with over 30 years of banking expertise, driving comprehensive risk management across BNY’s international operations. He oversees risk and compliance across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM and brings extensive global expertise in risk management and leadership.
• Victoria Stubbs, Managing Director in Compliance, Barclays UK - Victoria is an experienced risk and compliance leader who was previously the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at the Cambridge Building Society, where she was awarded Outstanding Chief Risk Officer by Credit Strategy in 2019. She was also the Deputy Chair of the PRA Practitioner Panel.
• Lucy Da Piedade, Managing Director, Former Chief Controls Officer, Barclays Bank - With almost 30 years of experience in global financial services, risk advisory, and legal practice, and most recently as Chief Controls Officer at Barclays, Lucy wears many hats. A lawyer by training, she is fluent in five languages and advocates for diversity and culture in effective risk management.
• Nick Woods, Chief Auditor - Risk, Credit, Financial Crime, NatWest Group – A 30-year career spanning external audit to first line controls, Nick now leads Risk, Credit, and Financial Crime initiatives at NatWest while shaping its Internal Audit future. A Chartered Accountant, he has held senior roles at Nationwide, Barclays, and more across diverse financial sectors.
• Jacob Holmehave, Head of Group Risk Office, Nordea - Jacob is leading Nordea’s transformative journey with IRMA, revolutionizing risk management and compliance across all lines of defense.
• Libby Denchfield, Chief Platform & Functions Officer, Legal, Risk, Compliance & Corporate Secretariat, Standard Chartered Bank - With over 20 years of global banking experience across risk disciplines, Libby expertly leads Standard Chartered’s Operations, Technology & Cyber Risk function. Her deep expertise spans financial crime, conduct risk, and strategic change management.
• Fabien Robichon, Head of Compliance Analytics and Innovation, Zurich Insurance Group – Fabien has over 20 years of global experience in IT strategy, risk, governance, and innovation, and now leads digitalization and innovation for the second line of defense at Zurich Insurance Group.
• Tetiana Isaieva, Head of Compliance, Roche - Tetiana is a passionate international leader in Life Sciences, driving healthcare policy and systems advancements to make healthcare a fundamental right for all.
• Benjamin Rowsell, Head of Enterprise and Operational Risk, Nationwide Building Society – Ben is a Chartered Accountant with nearly 25 years in risk and control across all three lines of defense, and currently leads risk framework and reporting at Nationwide.
• Elena Garcia Aguado, Head of Compliance, RWE Renewables - Elena is a multilingual legal expert leading compliance at RWE Renewables, ensuring ethical practices in the renewable energy sector. Her role includes advising on strategic compliance measures related to antitrust, corruption, money laundering, and international sanctions.
• Nick Fuller, Global Head of Resilience Risk Management, BNY - Nick fortifies firms against disruptions with 20+ years of crisis management and operational resilience expertise. Before joining BNY, Nick led the development of Credit Suisse’s approach to operational resilience
• Dave Pickering, Head of Non-Financial Risk Taskforce, Canada Life UK – Expanding over 36 years in financial services, Dave is a seasoned leader focused on improving standards and delivering positive customer outcomes in risk, compliance, and self-regulation.
• Simon Wallis, Global Head of Risk & Assurance, IQ-EQ - Simon is a visionary leader driving risk transformation and cultural change at IQ-EQ, expertly embedding MetricStream across the Group. With a rich background at Deloitte, Prudential, and M&G, he specializes in simplifying risk and enhancing operational resilience.
