As Associate Vice President and Delivery Head for Customer Success and Services in the Americas, he leads complex enterprise GRC transformations and works closely with global organizations across industries including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and technology.
With deep expertise across Enterprise GRC, Cyber GRC, IT Risk, Compliance, ESG, AML, third-party risk, and enterprise transformation, Phanindra has worked with more than 150 customers over the course of his MetricStream journey.
